Who we are

This website is operated by Pawden, a trading name of Marathon 360 Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company no. 16710005), registered office: Office 14505, 182–184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Pawden.

Using our store

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Products & pricing

We aim to describe our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from images. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Guarantee & returns

Purchases are covered by our 30-night promise and our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
