Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States and the United Kingdom.

Dispatch & delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• US orders ship free from our US warehouse and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
• UK & other regions: delivery times and any shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Some items ship from our partner warehouses and can take longer — the estimate at checkout is your guide.
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Couriers occasionally run late during peak periods or heatwaves. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@pawden.store and we'll chase it for you.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help.
